I have font problems in PDF

PDF files created in one language may not work if are read in another country with different font settings. In order to make it portable your should avoid language specific fonts or to embedde these fonts in the PDF file. This is not easy process, but often all problems are solved when you are printing PDF file from WORD and you will select in printer properties  “Press Quality” instead of “Standard”.

Uploading manuscript files in PDF format your need not meet very strict IEEE rules for Xplore, but you have to make PDF file readable by others. The simple trick described above usually does the job.
